Rosarii Mannion has 20 years of human resources experience including working at board level since 2011. In her career to date she has held a number of senior leadership roles. Currently on a career break she worked as National HR Director in the HSE for 4 years bringing forward the first ever National People Strategy for the organisation.
She is a passionate believer in maximising coaching to improve staff performance, individually within teams and within organisations. She is a passionate believer and advocate for coaching, seeking to make it an integral part of a thriving society.
The 2018 HR Legal Island HR Leader of the Year Rosarii is an advocate for staff engagement and a passionate believer in diversity.
Rosarii is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified Mediator. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds a BA, HDip, MA and MSc. She has recently been awarded a Professional Diploma in Human Rights and Equality and has completed a global programme in Crisis Management with Monarch International Business School.
She is the 2017 ICF Ireland Business & Executive Coach of the Year.
